Our dispatch department will contact you seven days in advance to confirm the delivery date. Then we’ll follow up with a call from our two-man delivery crew five days ahead of your delivery to confirm a three-hour time slot. Every step of the way we proudly deliver friendly, prompt and efficient service. Our current delivery lead time is 8-10 weeks from placing your order.

Our delivery costs and locations

Delivery to England and Wales mainland is charged as follows:

• £75 for a single item
• £95 for multiple items

Please note, certain larger sofas delivered in more than one section are classed as multiple items. This includes the Aspen 4 Seater, Burlington Grand, and Wilmington Grand.

Delivery to Scotland is available, however charges vary by postcode and will be calculated at checkout.
